What Is It?
When thinking of video email, many think in terms of bulk emailing, either using a database marketer with a selection of available lists, or bulk emailing from their own mailing list. Global Video Technology supports both of these methods.
However, many companies have multiple sales representatives that do telephone calling, trying to set up appointments. In many cases, they get some degree of resistance to allowing a sales person to pay a visit, so it might be desirable to send an informational video email first, and then call back after the video is viewed.
Of course, it is nice to know exactly when the prospect looked at the video, so that they can be called while the "warm fuzzies" still exist. It would also be nice for each sales person to be able to see their own video email viewing statistics for mail they sent out.
Global Video Technology Meets YOUR Needs
The Sales Pipeline management feature adds the following capabilities to our video email product:
- The sender's email address is tracked and reported. This allows each salesperson to view their own viewing statistics
- An email is sent to the sender's email address the moment the video email is opened by the recipient.
- The Current Bandwith screen displays the sender's email address. In the event multiple salespeople are responsible for various items, Current Bandwidth will allow viewing of all activity for a single sender's email address.
- The Current Bandwidth screen allows the display of all viewing statistics for a single sender's email address. All viewings for video email sent by jsmith@yourcompany.com, for example, could be viewed while excluding all other statistics.
- Current Bandwidth can be downloaded at no charge at anytime. The information is easily imported into a spreadsheet or database for analysis and developing a warm leads mailing list.

The Sales Pipeline Management feature is an optional item in our product line. The cost for the feature is $49.95 per month.
