Streaming Video Autoresponder. A streaming video autoresponder, the way Global Video Technology defines it, is an automated communication tool. You may have any number of video autoresponders, each containing up to twelve (12) video email messages which can be sent out automatically based on a pre-determined delivery sequence.

Bulk Video Email WITHOUT Address Capturing. Your entire video email, message and video, are sent as an attachment to a database marketer to be sent to a list that THEY own. You have the ability to send a message to the database marketer instructing them what you want done with the attachment. This is standard feature of the product and carries no additional fees.

Note: Viewer email addresses are NOT available with this method. All other viewing statistics are available. We have no way to know who the database marketer mails to.

The video WILL play in this email, if the recipients email client allows video, and the Web page link to the video email functions.

Bulk Video Email WITH Addresses Capturing. We provide the ability for you to load one or more email address lists of your own into individual databases. You select a particular mailing list to send a selected video email to, and the number that you wish to send out daily. Our software automatically sends that number out every day from the specified list, until the list is exhausted. You are notified via email that mailing from the list is completed.

There is no limit to the size of any mailing list, the number of emails that can be sent per day or the number of mailing lists that you can maintain. Never send more emails per day than you can handle the responses for on a timely basis. Prospective customers do not like feeling ignored.

The cost for this option is $.02 per message emailed. Video bandwidth fees apply ONLY when the video is viewed.

Sales Pipeline Management. This is a non-bulk email marketing technique. It is suitable for initial or follow-up contacts with prospects where a video presentation is offered via email as a way to introduce goods or services or, as a "pre-sale" when immediate appointments are not possible. Video emails are sent out, one at a time, by one or more sales representatives.

• Sender email address is displayed in "Current Bandwidth", so individual sales reps can see their prospect activity. "Current Bandwidth" is sorted by Sender.



• "Current Bandwidth" can be structured to show all Current Bandwidth information for a single Sender (sales rep) email address



• The Sender (sales rep) is notified via email when the recipient opens the video email so they may quickly respond to interest and move along in the sell cycle. They may also check Current Bandwidth to see how much of the video the prospect watched.
